Rise Athletics LA is the home to multiple fitness and martial arts classes. Classes offered include HIIT, Boxing, Jiujitsu, and kickboxing classes in Los Angeles. Our boxing coaching center is designed to provide the foundations for a healthier body through movement and learning about your body. MMA, or Mixed Martial Arts, has grown in popularity as combat associations such as UFC and Bellator have grown. Although we do not have live sparring classes at our facility, we do provide all the tools to become mixed martial arts classes in Los Angeles. Everyone in the heart of Los Angeles who steps into our HIIT gym in Los Angeles checks their ego at the door and supports their fellow classmates.
