1) Go to the end of the bunker with a garage door and turn left, past the dark
bathroom. If you meet any zombies kill them and keep going.
2) At the sink you will find some chain cutters.

3) Go back to the garage door (#25 on your map)
4) Make a left and turn on all the red lights to green...
it's a little bit tricky but keep pressing and you will get it. (#26 on your
map)
5) As soon as all the lights turn green the garage door will open and you will
encounter a zombie. Kill it and pick up the rock behind it. (#25 on your map)
